This notice explains the information SKBOOKING V1 uses to plan and operate bookings with driver.
Information we handle
We may handle your name, phone number, email when supplied, trip origin and destination, travel dates and times, traveller count, vehicle preference, booking and payment records, cancellation or support information, and technical or security logs.
Why we use it
We use information for quotes and booking requests, supplier sourcing, trip coordination, customer support, payment reconciliation, fraud and security controls, and reasonable legal or business records.
Sharing for trip fulfilment
SKBOOKING shares only information reasonably necessary for a relevant vehicle provider or driver to assess and fulfil the trip. We do not publish supplier costs, internal margins, internal notes or private booking access tokens to customers.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for active bookings, support, reconciliation, security and legal or business obligations. Access is restricted by role, private customer links use high-entropy tokens whose raw value is not stored, and sensitive production secrets are kept outside source control.
